SIMPLE PAST


Se usa para describir una acción en el pasado que está terminada.Suele ir acompañado de expresiones como: yesterday, last Monday, last month, two days ago, in 1999, etc.


She studied in London in 2013. They ate the whole cake yesterday. He travelled to New York two years ago.

Form


Si el verbo es regular, se añade -ed al infinitivo sólo en Afirmativa. En Negativa e Interrogativa la marca de pasado está en el Auxiliar DID o DIDN'T, ya que el verbo aparece en Infinitivo después.
